Collie Questionnaire

Here is a questionnaire that I send to all my prospective buyers. You can answer the questions if interested in a Ceilidh puppy or adult and send it with your email if you want.

1.      Have you owned a collie previously?

2.      How did you decide that a collie was the breed for you?

3.      Where do you live? (I live in central TN.)

4.      Describe your family and their feelings about buying a collie.

5.      Do you have other pets (dogs/cats)? Please tell me about them.

6.      Do you have a regular veterinarian?

7.      Do you have a secure fenced yard?

8.      Will your collie have house time?

9.      Will you take your collie to puppy class and/or training class?

10.  Do you have an interest in performance (not a requirement) – i.e. obedience, rally, agility, herding, etc.?

11.  Do you have specific requirements about variety (rough or smooth), gender or color?

12.  What type of temperament do you prefer?
